A-Z TRADERS s.r.o. is one of the most important suppliers of the entire photovoltaic industry in the Czech Republic and is becoming a strong player for foreign clients as well! Despite this, we would like to emphasize that our company is open to the possibility of manufacturing new types of switchboards or modifying existing switchboards in order to meet the specific needs and requirements of our business partners in the case of large-volume orders.
Each switchboard is designed in accordance with ČSN EN technical standards. Switchboards are certified according to IEC 61439-1 ed.2, IEC 61439-2 ed2 standards. and IEC 61439-3.
The switchboards are equipped with a type plate with a serial number and parameters according to standards, including the CE mark. These parameters must always be included in the revision report! If this does not happen, the assembly company or inspection technician is exposed to the threat of punishment by the state administration and supervisory authorities (ČOI, TIČR).
The switchboards are wired with maximum precision thanks to machine bending (we use CY wires with a cross-section of 2.5 to 6 mm), which ensures high precision and quality by eliminating potential human factor errors.
Each individual switchboard is visually and mechanically inspected, electrically tested and packed in separate boxes and packages with a clear type designation, including a QR code for unambiguous identification.
Switchboards are measured and tested. Despite these aspects, however, it is necessary to check each switchboard in terms of tightness of connections, functionality of individual components, etc.
We are open to cooperation with our customers' designers. If you are interested, we will be happy to provide you with diagrams and all documentation for our products. Our goal is to establish mutually beneficial cooperation that will lead to maximum satisfaction for you and your customers.
We always actively consult with manufacturers (EATON, BMR, ELKO EP) and state supervisory authorities (TIČR) regarding the development, connection and choice of components that make up our switchboards. Our products are always in accordance with the conditions of individual distributions (PPDS).
