DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE GOODS?

You can exchange or return unused products within 14 days. We will be happy to arrange an exchange with you. When returning, the money will be credited to your account within 14 working days after the products arrive at our warehouse.

  • Send the goods you want to return, along with the completed complaint form, to our address:

  • Do not forget to include the delivery note, invoice or order number in the form.
  • The goods must be properly packaged and properly assembled.

  • You hand over the shipment to the carrier and receive a confirmation.
  • In a few days you will receive an email stating that the package has arrived safely at our warehouse.
  • We will send replacement products immediately after receiving the original ones. We will refund your money within 14 days.

Something went wrong? We will handle the complaint within 30 days and will contact you by email regarding the procedure.
